Deleting Problem Behaviors and Downloading More Instructional Time
Wednesday July 16, 2025 9:45am - 10:45am EDT
In this session, you will learn strategies to increase instructional time by reducing or even eliminating low level behaviors. You will practice strategies for self control and how to remain calm when challenged. You will also learn how to use diffusers to remove behaviors and when to “walk away” or “push aside” certain behaviors so instruction can continue. You will also learn about “teach to’s” which is a method of teaching procedures to students so that they know what to do and what is expected of them. After this session, you will walk away with some strategies that will help you manage low level behavior and increase instructional time
