P. Sloan Joseph is an Instructional Coach, Educational Consultant, and keynote speaker from Greenville, SC with over twenty years of experience assisting K-12 public and private school educators. She specializes in the areas of school and classroom culture, student engagement, and leadership development. Sloan is known for her practical and effective strategies, presented with authenticity and humor. In 2024, she was invited to present over fifty keynotes and workshops in schools and districts across the United States, including being a featured speaker for the annual AMLE conference in Nashville, TN and the AMLE/HIDOE Middle Grades Summit in Honolulu, HI. More recently, she has been selected as the featured speaker for both the 2025 South Carolina and North Carolina state conferences for middle schools (SCAMLE, NCMLE) and the keynote speaker for the Tennessee Association for Middle Schools (TAMS) conference.
In 2015, Sloan established Greater is in Me, LLC, a training and consulting organization focused on personal and professional development through keynotes, workshops, blogs, and podcasts. She is the host of the Greater is in Me podcast centered around her life as a wife (Mark), mother (Jeffrey), and educator.
